Presenting Pongo’s 2023-2026 Strategic Plan
We are proud to present Pongo’s 2023-2026 Strategic Plan. Having recently been adopted by our board, our plan outlines an exciting slate of initiatives designed to deepen our impact, and engage even more youth in our healing poetry programming.
We are so excited for this community to engage with this plan in the coming weeks, months, and years. The fact that Pongo is at such an exciting inflection point, poised to deepen and expand our impact on youth, is a testament to the support of this community. And we know that it’s the strength of this community that will help us bring this plan to life, sharing the healing and transformative capacity of our poetry programming with more youth in need of such support.
